It’s hard to believe that it’s been three years since I’ve been on my this ride! A lot has happened in that time–some good, some challenging. Regardless, I have to say that I’m absolutely thrilled to be riding again and can’t wait to see familiar faces and meet new ones.

So, this is my first attempt at blogging, so I’ve decided to own some things up front:

1. I will be tired–all the energy it takes to do this means some of my post will be nutty.

2. I’m blogging exclusively from my iPhone. That coupled with the previous statement means lots of grammar/spelling errors.

3. I promise to capture as much of the fun as I can and share it with you. Of course, that also means that I may be having too much fun to remember to post it.

4. Most importantly, I hope that everyone gets to experience just a little of how much fun this ride is through this blog. This is especially true for the amazing people who donated (you know who you are) to help get me on the road. Not only am I able to spend some time with amazing people because of you, but we are doing some amazing work with the money that was raise. This all, of course, wouldn’t be possible without the amazingly generous people who donated to help put me on the road. I’m humbled by the kindness and support of each of you.
